A couple of years ago I became a patron of The Wolf Trust in Reading, which was first founded by a private enthusiast and wolf lover, a retired banker called Roger Palmer. I first visited to do some research for The Sight, way back when, and his wife Za now runs it, with her great team. The place has expanded greatly, and built a very impressive little education centre, where thanks to their education officer Tony Shelbourne, I had such fun doing some talks and readings last year. They do an excellent little magazine too called Wolf Print, about wolves in the wild, and their work here and in Europe.
